By creating an account, you consent to providing personal information necessary to deliver services, including identity verification where required. If you withdraw consent, we may be unable to continue providing services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Any unauthorized use must be reported to us immediately.
Basic access may be free, while premium features require payment. All fees and refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including harassment, fraud, commercial solicitation, impersonation, or posting unlawful or offensive content. Multiple profiles for the same individual are prohibited.
By submitting content, you grant MarryWOW a license to use, display, and distribute it for service-related purposes. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content and agree not to infringe any third-party rights.
You may terminate your membership at any time by deleting your account or contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, misrepresentation, or legal reasons. In such cases, fees already paid may not be refundable, where applicable.
To maintain a safe environment, we may request identity verification and cooperate with law enforcement agencies when required. However, we do not conduct background checks on all users and encourage you to exercise caution in your interactions.
We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, or marriage outcomes. Interactions with other members are at your own risk. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the services is limited to the amount paid by you for such services, if any.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, India.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified through email or platform notifications. Continued use of the services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
